    Diana was great, the rest of the team lacked communication which forced a lot of e-mail traffic on next steps. Diana was able to help correct, but it was frustrating at times.

    Diana was great but the processing agent that finalized the paperwork was not helpful and made many errors that were a pain to correct and could have cost me money.
