HELPED US GET EXACLTY WHAT WE WANTED AND WAS EVEN ABLE TO CLOSE SOONER THEN WE THOUGHT. We had certains things we needed to do and he helped with that. left the guess work out of it Derek new exactly what to do.

I didn't interact with Derek. My husband communicated and did eveything with Derek for this experience. I only interacted with Derek at the office when signing a few pieces of papers for the home.
