Easy to work with
My experience with Silverton in general was great because there was no lack of communication, even after hours at times.

When I called David with Questions, he would get me the answer. My clients were first time homebuyers and they had a lot of concerns
David and his team wear kind and professional. They answered our questions and kept us informed. Would use them again.
Steady communication, especially regarding what upcoming steps we should be aware of. Our previous mortgage experience was 15 years ago. The increased use of technology/websites seems to have helped improve this complicated process.
The loan process is long and stressful. David and his colleagues helped make it as easy as possible.
