David has been very responsive and helpful to everyone I have referred to him.
David was a huge help in both helping us understand our loan and working with our builder to insure we got the most out of the incentives we were given. He was also very easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions.
He advocated for us and made sure we got all the incentives we were promised.
