Constant update and very helpful through the entire process.
I appreciate the extra effort that was put forth to ensure that I stayed abreast of what was occurring and my role in providing the necessary documents or information.
Communication with my schedule in mind
would have liked more communication....this was a new build so I am aware there's a relationship on the builders side however I was not notified about anything except the appraisal. More communication would have had a 9 rating
