Our situation was different and more difficult than others due to my husband's immigration status. Daniel helped us through each step and really supported us the entire time. He pushed for us and did everything he could to support our case

Not waiting until we had signed closing docs to ask for a “rush” appraisal that took a week to complete, inconveniencing not only us, but the seller of our new home. Communication all around could have been better.
