Lack of communication, delayed documentation review, missed documents that could have costly and had to provide documents several times.

We went through the initial loan application, found the home we were looking for rather quickly and put the offer in. Daniel Jackson took it from there all the way to closing. Super, super nice gentleman to work with. We couldn't be more thrilled...

Returning calls in the early afternoon eastern time. Getting updates around 1, 2 or 3PM in the afternoon is very difficult when I have buyers and title companies asking for updates at start of buisness.
