Daniel is a leader and when it is time for him to step in and take control of a situation, he is fast to step in. He is great at communicating and works hard to get each transaction taken care of!

Daniel was very nice HOWEVER at some point there was miscommunication and my buyers documents were sent to the wrong title company . I gave all documents to the title company on their contract but someone set up closing with a different title...

Better communicatio especially at the beginning when there was uncertainty with the loan. Better communication with the LO and customer. More education from the LO to the customer.

Daniel was supportive throughout the whole ordeal. I'm thankful for him!

I realize the situation was complex, as the seller provided items late and the closing had to be extended. 100% the biggest difference would be more timely communication from the loan processor, and secondarily, easier access to the loan officer....
