Dago and his team are helpful and knowledgeable about the refinancing process. dago walked us through everything and made everything understandable

Any questions i had were thouroughly answered and Dago took the time to explain where all the fees for the closing cost were going.
Communication was limited. Felt manipulated into accepting rate buy down and the one meeting that we had was very rushed. I felt like he was really too busy to bother with me.
