Jason knocked it out of the park! I represented the seller of a condo. The HOA was a mess and other lenders and said the complex was not lendable. Jason took the time to get the HOA approved for lending and got a USDA guaranteed loan completed....

Theresa was in consta communication on each step and what was coming next . If we ever had any questions she was always quick to respond even if she didn't know and had to go find the answer. She made us feel more like friends then just a paycheck....
