The apllication process was super easy to go through. The loan portal had great user interface making it easy to sign and upload documents. Nella was very helpful and knowledgable.
We had a very short closing date and everything went smoothly up until an unknown stipulation on the initial loan and the confirmed loan That forced closing to be delayed.
