Everything was done in a timely manner. I wish I was given a more dumbed down version of things as a first time homebuyer. I feel like I was confused at several instances on terminology and what to expect.

This is our third house and each time we have gone with a different lender. I would say that Ruoff had very good communication and clear tasks for the documents needed for underwriting. The website interface is easily the best Ive used so far....
