There was a lot of changes with a new system that they were using. The Docusign was not always easy to use and we would have liked a more face to face meeting with more information given.

Communication! A sit down meeting or more meetings would have been much better to explain what was needed and why. This is something new for us and we would have liked more information and less Docusign.
