The process was nice and easy. I did think a little more communication should have initiated by phone conversation rather than through email or the app all the time. Sometimes just reading the email or app was confusing.

The communication and speed of Leah and her team was outstanding, they were having to wait on me for information instead of me waiting on them. Very professional, friendly and always quickly available for help.
