Allan explained everything and helped us understand the whole process very well. He answered all of our questions and made everything go smoothly.
The process to entirely too long., longer than I was told it would take. As a result I am paying a substantially higher interest rate.
Michael was always available to answer my questions and did so clearly and precisely. He explained the many documents that I was signing and the reason for them. I appreciated his professionalism.
