Allan explained everything and helped us understand the whole process very well. He answered all of our questions and made everything go smoothly.
Alan stayed on top of it and kept me informed.
Alan hung in there with me, when I would get frustrated with how things were going. He was able to answer all my questions. He knows his stuff!!! Very happy with all of my results.
I really appreciate the thorough explanations and support received. Alan is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive and I am confident of my decision to enter into this agreement for a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage.
