    Talking face to face. Seeing on paper actual facts and figures. All our questions and beyond were answered. It made us much more at ease. Doing what we felt was best for us.

    The people I worked with there were extremely educated, friendly. I never had to wait for an answer to a question. They explained everything step by step. If I didn't understand something they would talk it out until I was comfortable.
