    I was surprised to receive the live checks myself, instead of the lender receiving them and they send out my payoff checks....the email s going to ladera lending were challenging... i had to resend numerous times before they were received....

    It was a very easy proces. Mike followed theough with all the timelines he originallytold me. Let me know when others would be invved int he process. I only had to submit paperwork once and the entire online process was fast and easy.
