Good communication
Mike Pendergast was extremely thorough, looked for best deal, communication was rapid, friendly and was always there to answer questions, etc. quickly.

It was completed in an exceptionally rapid time frame. I had worked with Ladera before, only it was a different officer, Craig Meyer. I was hoping to work with him again.
