Nichole is has great customer service skills and is always willing to assist with loan files that are a little difficult. The underwriter was awesome and assisted in calculating the income.
Mallory is great to work with.. always available and doesn't have a clock in / clock out mentality which is so important in this industry.
We had a very rough start with the file in UW for over 5 days which was worrisome as our approval is important as early on as possible. The team did reach out once they knew my concern and were able to get us to the table a few days earlier....
