The team is always amazing. The only thing that is ever an issue is the turn times for initial underwrite, this is the only place I would say (if) possible, would be nice to see it speed up:)
I am not sure why there are now condition coordinator that look at the file and now files take even longer to get reviewed. I am not impressed by this new addition.
