Overall, it was very smooth from start to finish. Underwriting should have caught that the purchase price was incorrect, but they got it fixed quickly.

The issues with the file were 100% on processes with KIND. The VOE wasn't requested until 2 days before closing and it was sent by email to us and not to the client that needed to work on it. VOEs can be done 10 days before closing and you...

Josh our AE is by far the main reason you get my loans. Your UW department is still overconditioning the files and take no initiative whatsoever to use logic to clear conditions. Josh is what makes it happen. If he ever left, I'd probably not...
