Signing off of items for the file is a constant 2 to 3 days. This creates issues when you are up against an expiring lock. This did happen. I can understand initial underwrite, but additional docs is a bit too long.
Once the corrected account manager was assigned to the loan file, the process went smoothly. Once the chalenges with underwriting and closing were process was sufficient. the only critisim was the account manager was only on the job for 2 days...
