The AE was great to work with and so was the underwritting/internal teams. Seems like everyone got back right away with any activity. The portal was pretty easy on the eyes and to use too.

They took a loan that was denied with another lender due to appraisers comments that were coerced from the Appraisal Review. We got it done in a short time with appraisal transfer and Jumbo Loan. It was a great experience!!

Your loan guidelines were more flexible than with other lenders which made this file possible... at decent pricing. Megan is easy to reach for questions. underwriting was smooth, final docs & funding was quick once we were clear to close.
