Underwriting took an entire week. Appraisal assignment took another week. Conditions reviews were not super timely, all of which resulted in high stress and borrowers being dissatisfied with the LO.
Rick's knowledge of the mortgage business is unmatched. He was able to get this loan to closing with the help of his understanding of guidelines, and abilty to communicate it to all. True professional.
