The lack of accountability and pointing of the finger has to be the worst in my 10 years originating. This was my first and likely my last loan to ever work with Kind.

Underwriting made up fake guidelines and we missed closing. Then a debt was being paid off on the CD and you guys couldn't seem to get the name of the debt right. Things that are simple most places are not simple there.
