I appreciate the fact that Kind Lending's staff is willing to answer calls, or pick up the phone and clarify requirements to get a loan to closing. The technology s great, but it's still a people business.

Josh is absolutely the best AE I have worked with . He is always available, responsive and is quick to help us problem solve. I also love working with Kenneth in Underwritin. These two make it feel like we are truly all on the same team.

Josh is always very helpful with my loans. he helps me brainstorm to come up wth solutions to make a deal work. ALso Ken Libbing is an amazing underwritter. By far one of the best I have ever worked with.
