Plenty of options out there that don't make up random conditions and guidelines a day before closing. Been doing this 25 years and while it started ok,the ending was awful.

It was quick and easy. Only thing i would recommend for ease up front especially when LTV tiers can make or break a deal - is to put an AVM tool into quikie like some other lenders do, that way we arent submitting a file just for the value...
