    This transaction went through very smoothly, with just a "hic-up" at the very end that had nothing to do with Kyle. So happy that everything else went smoothly throughout this process.

    Brad worked with us with the span of only 18days. He was very helpful and willing to work with us even on weekends!! It was our first home so it was a big deal for us. Without Brad and Janelle, we wouldn’t be able to get our first home.
