Erich made sure that I either had everything or had the knowledge on how to get everything ready to get approved for my house. Hands down one of the better people I could have asked for to work with. Would defintely go through Erich again.

Nice and attentive in the beginning - when contracts were signed communication was slow and lacking . sold the loan less then a month after our conversion to mortgage with no communication
