Some of the team involved didn't always stay on top of the tasks needing to be completed in a timely manner. And sthe was a lapse in communicating that some specific documentation would be required. I chose okay because you only had 3 options....

Rob actually was my contact person. He made the process easier with his attitude and guidance. The whole AC Guild team was professional and great to deal with.
