Great advice in the very beginning, followed by a very good process. Michel communicated timely and clearly. The electronic aspect of the system for signatures and secure upload of documents was easy to work with.
Chuck was always very helpful in answering my questions & returning my calls. Everything went really smoothly. I would highly recommend him
