Fast and efficient service and communication. I personally would have appreciated some more time to discuss down payment options before it went to underwriting.
Listened to everything I needed and did all that they could to make it happen! Made me feel very comfortable as a first-time homebuyer.

Communication, just because you sent an e-mail unless they answered you back don't assume they got it. I would suggest following up with a call to make sure. This is the biggest decisions most people will every make.
