Michael and his team communicated every step of the way what I needed to do. Michael is very professional yet personable in his communications.
I appreciate how helpful everyone was in guiding me in the direction to aqcuire the documents that were needed and the patience that I was shown. I also appreciated how easy it was to get a hold of them whenever I had any questions.
