Was able to make us feel comfortable throughout the process by explaining things we didnt understand.

Not using Ken or FUB. This is the second closing in a row we have had issues with Ken.
Getting the loan was great. The process was not complicated and most was easily taken care of. There were several delays when it came time to close that caused it to be pushed back on two occasions.
