Jake and his team were very responsive. They maintained continuous communications throughout the application. This ensured we knew where we were in the loan process and all documentation had been submitted.

Josh and Aimee got back to me quickly if I had any questions and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josh made sure to take the time for me to understand everything.
