Very knowledgable about the downpayment assistance programs and was able to walk me through the option that fit me the best.

Chain of communication had some breakdown, and the necessity of an app was annoying

Tracy was professional, supportive and responsive. As a first time home buyer she didn't blink at the random questions I sent her way.
