the process was simple and Tracy took great care of us.The negative is the App. my wife and I had issues with the app and the need for redundant information was frustrating. again all app related. The humans we dealt with were all awesome.

Tracy was a great at getting back and answering questions.
"We are at the same rate as the other lender" was a lie she just charged us to buy down our rate so we wouldn't switch lenders.
