Carl was consistently making sure I knew exactly what what going on, what was next, and what I needed to do at all times. He made sure the process was simple and smooth and that I knew what was happening.

Shannon was incredibly patient with a first time home buyer. She let me ask a ton of questions, and never made me feel dumb. She worked smoothly with my realtor, was always very supportive, and was quick in responding to communcations.

The whole team went above and beyond to get the whole process completed even when having to deal with unexpected circumstances. It was an amazing experience and I'm so incredibly thankful for all their dedication and hard work.

Jake and team were easy to work with and friendly through the entire process. They make the expectations and what they need very clear, and stress free! If I had to go through the home buying process again, I would choose them in a heartbeat....
