i was very upfront with my MLO and telling him what I wanted to spend and things of that nature . he was really receptive and having me not pay a lot in closing and i I was very grateful for that .

Tara is the best ! Always willing to help and super kind. If we ever need anything Tara is our go to for every question we have and very knowledgable :)
