Constantly asked for the same documents multiple times little if any contact so unable to explain their questions effectively should have gone to credit union or somewhere else to obtain mortgage longer process than it needed to be

Amanda was amazing and made the whole process smooth including the best loan officer I've ever worked with. I will highly recommend her to everyone.
