Paul always returned calls and texts in a timely manner. He is also pleasant and personable. I felt like he knew me as a person, not just another client. His team was also helpful and available if I had questions.

the actual work was fantastic but there were some communication lapses and breakdowns that prolonged the process.

Better communication with client would be helpful. More responsive.
