Suggest adding a glossary to the app/site for common terms and roles of people involved. A generic list would greatly help

We have bought and sold eight houses and are quite familiar with the process and never once had so many communication issues as we did here. Getting the final figure owed took multiple back and forth calls And emails, still to discover that...
