The Load experience was very intimidating for me, as this is my first house and its all very intimidating to me. Jason Bakker and working with dart bank made this process very manageable and easy to understand.

Everything went well except for the closing. The village taxes were not in the final figures and caused some anxiety with both the Buyer and the Seller who are both older. The Buyer luckily had her checkbook with her and covered the shortage...

Always great, timely service. This one was tricky and they still made it happen on time.
