Joe and his team were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They were there for any and all questions in a very timely manner.
Joe does a great job of working with all the different people in the transaction from the Buyerto the Buyer's Agent, the Transaction Coordinator and the Title Company. Keeping everyone infpormed of what to expect next. Joe is awesome.
Amazing all around. extremely informational, helpful, and kind . I would definitely recommend to any family or friend !

Early communication was slow and limited, not much clarity on process and where we were along the way. Had to raise the question and specifically ask for approval letter when we got pre-approval completed, even after we were told we were pre-approved....

After graduation, he worked for the international accounting firm, KPMG, as an auditor and then moved to the regional firm, Andrews, Hooper and Pavlik. He joined the mortgage team that is now part of Dart Bank in 2003, where he has 20 years of experience as a mortgage banker.
