I've noticed that on several occasions we are asked for repetative information and documents. Somehow it seems that information is not getting shared appropriately from the first contact to the last. That might be addendums, contingency removals...

Yes, there was one person who didn't return calls when stated he would. He also didn't return voice mail messages. Everyone else I dealt with was awsome. I couldn't give a Great rating because of this and OK was my only other option.
