Michael was professional but not local and we have many trusted local lenders that I would utilize first. I know he has zero control over appraisals but the appraisal issue was very disappointing to say the least.

Michael and the rest of the staff were available and approachable. We had some issues with our closing date, but Dart was always ready to close. Very knowledgeable, quick with solutions, and excellent to work with.
