Paul Norment was calm, personable, knowledgable, and efficient. Made this typically-frustrating task painless (and, dare i say....pleasant). Highly recommend!
It was a good experience. The only recommendation I would make is to improve the communication between the loan officer and the office staff with the emails that are sent. It is confusing when duplicate emails are sent asking for the same items....
