A better understanding of the process and being better updated would have cause me a little less stress, but overall it was a good experience and they made sure I was taken care of.

It was a great experience with minimum frustration with the process and website. I was always in touch as to where the whole process was at.
The loan process was easy to navigate as well as the CCM website. Tiffany was always responsive and helpful.
