Codi took the time to answer all of our questions, explaining the steps and making sure we hit our budget. And she is wonderfully nice and plesent to work with.

Some of the fees were unnecessary in my eyes, example, 350 for credit scores , verification of employment fee, 79 dollars because my 2025 w-2 wasn't in yet finding all the pay stubs, and last yr tax statements were waste of time
